Missing of active exercise in the daily schedule is another reason that results into early aging. Exercise stretches the skin and stimulates the body's hormones to function smoothly. It balances the body's biological environment of the body that in turn shows good results on the skin. Stretching of skin or stretched skin reduces the chances of wrinkles formation. Therefore facial massage technique is used that causes stretching. Over consumption of alcohol that contributes to aging by dilating small blood vessels in the skin which, in turn stimulates the flow of blood near the skin surface. Thus, sometimes damaging these vessels and broken vessels appear on the skin. The stressful behavior or certain type of tension makes many folds and creases on the face resulting into fine lines. Thus, person under severe stress and depression experience a dull and sagged face skin. Insufficient sleep may make you tired and stressful. This may cause dark circles, crow’s feet and bags under the eyes. Thus these simple and common things that usually occur in our life daily should be paid serious attention and cared.
